If the bolt snapped the just get the rest out and the bed will come right off....then deal with the broken bolt after the beds off.
soak it with wd40 when doing my shocks i soaked my bolts for everyday for about a week in preparation. and you could try heat.
??? ======================= What are you usin to take the bolts out, impact, breaker bar or ??? I've taken off half a dozen beds off over the years, some multiple times, and have never snapped a bolt. I use a 450lb impact. Just curious...........
if you need to break em all you can replace the bolts with 8.8 grade bolt and nuts from your local hardware store and they work fine, thats what i use
So I got 5 of the six bolts out, breaking two of them, but I have a problem, I stripped the last one and it didn't even loosen, what should I do?
Dont rustoleum your frame you will be simply wasting your time and money. If your using the undercoat crap they sell, itll look good for a while then it will go back to looking how it does currently. POR15 use that from my understanding from a few people you dont even have to prep the frame and I know that stuff last and makes your frame look new.
