i almost got in a huge accident today becasue some idiot dosent know how to use a blinker. i was going 45 down one of the main roads in my town. when this idiot slams on his brakes because he was turning and didnt use a blinker. so then i panicked and put my foot to the floor which caused my back tires to start skidding, smoking, and squeling. luckily i was able to avoid him. what pissed me off most was that when i drove by the kid he was laughing at the fact that he almost made me hit him.
that does suck but im gonna go out on a wing here and say you were following to close or not paying enough attention
not really the kid hit the brakes in the middle of the road also. so i reacted as fast as i could. there was no indication of him turning until he slammed on the brakes.
Don't you love people Ike that? Or the r-tards who cut over 2 or 3 lanes to make a turn? Happens to me ALL the time on my way home from work. Luckily my ABS, horn and my middle finger all work very well.
Yea exactly. He could have totaled my truck. Also the kid had been hit before he had no bumper and there dents in his tailgate
yup.... 358 appointments today at work, no big deal, and our store set the company wide record for most 4 tires down in 1 hour with only 3 bays to change tires while every other store has 6 bays, yeah 25 cars done in 1 hour outa 3 bays, i feel like a boss
Ordered myself a little welder today, 125A Flux Core. Oh, yota flat bed project is getting closer and closer!
I'm debating doing the 60/40 seat mod to my truck and dropping in a shorty console. Since the console in my truck is bent and the lid doesn't close and has staples going through it.
Well got a problem after having my oil changed. The truck hesitates and shakes real bad like a mis fire idk what to do
Got the Fiero finally running right. Just needs a tune up now. Used to not shift through all gears and had to turn it off to shift into reverse from first, etc. Now shifts through all gears while running, even in reverse. So happy. That car is a blast to zip around in. Parked it in the storage unit for now, big moving day is next Saturday. So excited.
Hey. when i did the bucket seat change in my ’03 usinf what I think are 02 bucket seats, I noticed a couple of things. First, the 60% seat/console mounting is partially bolted in place. You need to remove the back of the seat first and then unbolt the side section. It was a while back but i actually used my original frame from the driver’s seat on the replacement bucket; the bolts are all under the seat. Next, The seat pans, the part everything bolts to and the foam is connected to, both the drive’s side and the passenger’s side are the same and interchangeable. There are holes on both sides of the pan so either a Driver’s or Passenger’s side track will bolt up. (there are hole for the levers on both sides) So what does this equate to… if you can find a good passenger side seat, which is a standard bucket (the 4-% side) you should be able to bolt your original driver’s side track to it. The only thing is I am not sure of your truck is a ’97 and mine is an ’03 so I am not sure if your seats are the same but everything else body wise is close why not the seats. Check it out before cutting for the 60/40 mod, it could save you some cutting and if you find a good passenger seat to match it will same a lot of work. I hope this is understandable, I tend to ramble… lol Another thing… if you have the center console with the separate arm rest there is a fix for the arm rest sag. Rock Auto has a kit that works well.
