   2011 Ranger windshield pump not shutting off. Replaced turn signal/combo switch, still stays on. Could not find any relays in system. Should I replace the pump?

   I know, tedious, but follow the wiring. Sounds like you've got a short somewhere that is getting around the on/off switch.
